This pit HAS NOT been <br />granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. The Financial Warranty is $29,300, the permitted <br />area is 14.20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms <br />with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the entrance to the <br />pit. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations, and in the annual notice letter. <br />(1) Mining is complete on the parcel west of the railroad last <br />year (brown). <br />(2) Reclamation is beginning on the western area. We have <br />continued to fill part of the-pit with clean-fill consisting <br />of concrete, old asphalt and dirt (/////) as approved. <br />Reclamation has been successful and the trees planted along <br />the east line have done very well. The topsoil stockpile <br />has not been disturbed this year. <br />(3) No additional lands will be disturbed since mining is <br />complete. <br />(4) we will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to <br />date. The concrete batch plant area is continuing to be <br />used (purple). <br />
