In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with Colorado laws, the
annual fee, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3 and 4) and
34-32-127(2)(a)(II)(A-D) must be submitted annually ON OR BEFORE your permit
anniversary date listed below. The annual fee (this is NOT a renewal fee), report,
and map are for the 1991-92 mining and reclamation season, and are due and payable,
unless your reclamation bond has been released in its entirety, before this
anniversary date.
