As is seen from the report and the analyses, no TPH, 2-4D, Dicamba or Bromacil
were found in any of the water samples. All samples of subsoil and soil reported non-detectable
levels of 2-4D. All other contaminants were below levels requiring action, therefore we believe that
the remnant piles at this site can be used as roadbase material offsite. B&B commits not to place any
of the existing pile material in the asphalt plant. Since the testing results are satisfactory, we also
believe that no further testing is required at the site.
If all of the submitted material is satisfactory, please send a letter verifying that the remaining
material can be used for roadbase and that no further sampling is needed. Thanks, Allen.
Sincerely,
f,~ b~F?G.~i7~ -
Greg Lewicki, P. E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
cc: Scott Hoover
cc: Betsy Blandford
