Operation of the mine is conducted in <br />accordance with provisions of our iVTming and Reclamation Permit NO. C-81-041 and in accordance with rules <br />set ford[ in the Regulations of the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Division. The initial approval date of this <br />permit was January 3, 1983, and has subsequently been renewed in 1988 and 1993. <br />This notice is to confirm and update previous information regarding underground [Wining tinder portions of <br />your property. <br />1.
