Operation of the mine is conducted in <br />accordance with provisions of our Mining atd Reclamation Permit NO. C-81-041 and in accordance with rules <br />set forth in the Regulations of the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Division. The initial approval date for <br />this permit was January 3, 1983 and ]tas subsequemly been renewed in 1988 and 1993. <br />This notice is to confum and update previous information regarding underground mining wader portions of <br />Your property. <br />1. Mining location - Towtsship 11 Sowh, Range 98 West, 6th P.M., Section 02: A parcel of land <br />\ located in Lot 17. anti the NEIESEIi. <br />2. Daze of mi~g activities that could cause subsidence and affect specific s[tuctures - Mining has <br />occurred under property identified as currently being owned by you during a period from September <br />1985 through April 1993. Subsidence bas been detected on your surface. Contimted subsidence <br />affects aze possible due to the nature of ttndergro»nd mining. <br />3. Measures taken m prevem or conrol adverse surface affects -The roof control pmcdce of leaving <br />partial pillars has minimized the surface affects of subsidence. There were no known structures <br />within the azea listed in Item 1 that required arty greater protection doting the period that mining <br />occurred. <br />Further information on detail of alining locations and times aze available at the mine site.
