Construction of the main <br />embankment was resumed on November 18. Doug Gibbs of water, <br />waste, and Land (WWL) has been on-site since November 18. <br />On November 15, piezometers 6-10 installed along the 8590' <br />Phase I embankment crest were checked and found to ble dry. <br />These piezometers were checked daily from September 29- <br />October 8 and are currently being checked on a monthly basis <br />as required by the Division. Settlement marker information <br />is enclosed. The markers were not surveyed on November 13. <br />The following is a summary of construction activities for <br />the week of November 22, 1993: <br />-Continue stockpiling and placement of liner cover material <br />on the north side of the facility. <br />-Continue construction activities for the main emban4~ment. <br />BMRI has not received inspection reports from the Di ision's <br />site visits on October 7 and October 28. BMRI reque is that <br />these reports be immediately issued so that any conc rns <br />noted by the Division can be quickly resolved.
