The remaining marketable new materials on the Henderson Development property <br />have been mined and processed. <br />2. Topsoils are being distributed over all of the areas to be reclaimed in <br />accordance with our Reclamation Plan. Topsoil has been placed on the Easterly <br />slope and is ready to be seeded. <br />3. Mining operations are continuing to the north. The berm between Sandy Acres <br />and Henderson Development is approximately 60$ complete. <br />4. Due to current market conditions, we have been unable to finalize mining; <br />therefore, we cannot finish the Henderson Development until June of 1991. At <br />that point the necessary planting and seeding should be accomplished and the <br />reclamation process canp.leted. <br />Please refer to the amendment to our application dated September 1987. This <br />modification relates to the utilization of the Sandy Acres property for a clean <br />fill operation. This application was completed and approved by both Adams <br />County and the Mined Land Reclamation Division. Please find enclosed a copy of <br />a map which details the progress of our work. <br />We are also enclosing our check in the amount of $350.00 for our annual fee as <br />requested in your 112 Annual Fee Letter.
