Although we
are in the process of applying for a permit, one has not yet been issued to International Uranium
(USA). I believe Umetco Minerals Corporation still holds the permit on the Van 4 (along with
other lands) and is not yet roleased frotn the specific area for which iUC is requesting a permit.
Please correct your records for this annual report year, I do expect that iUC will hold a permit
on the Van 4 Shaft for the next annual report year, but, again, IUC's permit has not yet been
approved.
If you have any qucstioos or need additional information, please call me at 303-389-4132, or call
Mr. Bnb Oswald of your Durango office. Mr. Oswald is in chazge of reviewing our permit
application. Thank you.
Sincere{y,
Vicki L.
