Long <br />Division Ouector <br />the Division received Twentymile Coal Comp<nny's Fourth Quarter 1998 Coal Waste Pile <br />lnspection Report on January 26, 1999. <br />The forlrtlt quarter inspection report provides compaction density results for locations 148, <br />1=19, 160, 1 ~ 1, 162, 153, and 164. Northwest Colorado Consultants provided a sketch of the <br />waste pile depicting the locations of the test sites. All referenced compaction test locations <br />met or exceeded the required compaction requirements. <br />Piezometer water level data was provided for test hole No.l and test hole No. 2. Both wells <br />continue to show fluctuations in water level. The engineer recommends continLled monthly <br />measurements of the piezometer water levels. <br />This report complies with Rules 4.10.2 and 4.09.1(11). Please be reminded that Rule <br />4.09.1(11)(6) requires a copy of the report to be forwarded to the Division within two weeks <br />of the inspection.
