This mine does not have a phased reclamation plan. There were no additional <br />acres affected during this report year, and no additional disturbance is anticipated for the next report <br />year. <br />A new map is not included, as no changes have occurred since the last annual report. This mine <br />operates as an intermittent operation, per the Division's approval. <br />Cotter Corporation has reviewed the sufficiency ofthe Financial Warranty for Permit No. M-78-116 <br />the SM-18 Mme, and has determined that the total bond value of $51,000 is more than adequate to <br />cover all DMG related reclamation costs. The bonds held include: a $14,000 Bond (# U2155980) <br />for the State of Colorado, and a $37,000 bond, (# U2626307) for the U. S.
