In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with the law, the
annual fees, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(1)(a) must be
submitted annually on or before your permit anniversary date. Fees are based
upon a schedule of E350.00 if the operation is an open mining operation and
9275.00 for any other operation. Division records indicate you owe E350.
