In that document the Division
stated:
At this time, any irregularities in water quality appear to
be sporatic. There do not appear to be any trends showing out-
of-compliance water, as regards to NPDES standards and
material damage standards.
The AHR review shows that the permitted water quality and
quantity monitoring program is being followed. Also, the
probable hydrologic consequences assertion that the stream
water has been, pre-mining and present day, marginally good
for livestock and not acceptable for irrigation appears to be
correct. It also appears to be correct that the groundwater
has been, premising and present day, unacceptable for
irrigation or livestock.
The Division had no specific questions concerning the AHR report.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
~ l~
Jlbs~~h ~ Dudash
nvironmental Protection Specialist
c\wp51\HGLOAHR
