I have the following comments. <br />The sampling met the compliance requirements of Rule 4.05.13 and <br />the monitoring plan as modified by technical revisions TR-4 and <br />TR-5, and Stipulation No. 3 with the exception of water <br />temperature. That parameter was not measured during the May, 1990 <br />sampling. <br />2. The data from the 1990 sampling and measurements fall within the <br />historical range of data from the same well locations. <br />3. The data from the 1990 sampling and measurements are within the <br />projections of the Probable Hydrologic Consequences (PHC) for the <br />mine. <br />MA/eke <br />9591E <br />
