Permit No. 86-079 , <br /> Annual Report <br /> FEDERAL TAX ID# 84-0517799 <br /> our files indicate that the anniversary date for this <br /> permit is August 81h. operation continued as approved in the <br /> original permit. A Technical Revision was approved on December <br /> 20, 1993 to increase the bond and remove the staging from the plan. <br /> This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS <br /> operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for <br /> this operation is $49, 000 the permitted area is 109 . 00 ac. ± and <br /> the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and <br /> Markers is located at the entrance to the pit. Please refer to the <br /> Annual Report map for the location of areas discussed in this <br /> report. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> questions as outlined in Rule 6 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> (1) No new area was disturbed this year. We mined on area <br /> stripped and partially mined in the last few years. We <br /> completed mining on the area south of the owners old access <br /> road. Mining continued on the west side of the Plant Site and <br /> commenced along the east line east of the Plant Site removing <br /> approximately 9 . 36 ac. ± in these areas.
