Re-compact burrow. <br />Recommend: <br />To reduce the time, equipment, and manpower requirements in estimating water and sediment levels in <br />the pond, and to fully comply with permit requirements, suggest two gage stakes be placed in the pond. <br />Due to the distribution of sediment and impounded water, suggest one stake be located near the inlet to <br />the pond (sediment delta) and one near the principal spillway (minimum of sediment, sometimes obscured <br />by water). <br />Annual Certification <br />Rule Number 4, Section 4.05.9 (10) and (11) <br />The basis for this section of this certification is Rule Number 4, Section 4.05.9 (10) and (11) of the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
