We have just obtained the maps for the permit area and are attempting to identify <br />and verify all the affected areas and current conditions of the site, including areas which <br />should be eligible for obtaining reclamation release. As much of our time and effort is <br />presently tied up with the permitting for M-2001-001 (Line Camp Pit), we will be delayed <br />in our submission of a map and detailed report, and expect that it might be several <br />weeks before we are able to do so. <br />We discussed this briefly with Mr. Erickson of the Durango Office and explained the <br />circumstances to him. <br />If there are any questions, please call me at (970) 565-3388. <br />in rely, <br />Aryol mle <br />Manager <br />Four States Aggregates LLC <br />
