Please be advised that according to records of the Division of Minerals and
Geology the following annual fee(s) and report(s) are past due. The Division
MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 1994
If the annual fees and reports are not received by October 21 1994, an
automatic Notice of Violation, Civil Penalties equal to the amount of the
annual fee, and a Notice of Formal Public Hearing before the Mined Land
Reclamation Board for consideration of a Cease and Desist Order will be issued
for each account.
Please be aware that no permits for new mining operations shall be granted to
any operator who is currently found to be in violation in this state
(C.R.S. 34-32-120).
