The mine has complied with Rule 4.05.13, and are within their <br />permitted monitoring plan and Stipulation No.3 in parameters <br />monitored with the exception <br />snow conditions, the winter <br />was not made this year. The <br />3/22/93 by the Division for <br />Resource Engineering Inc. <br />the 3rd quarter, October of <br />of the fourth quarter. Due to winter <br />monitoring of the ground water wells <br />winter quarter results were received <br />sampling done on February 23, 1993 by <br />The annual full suite analysis was in <br />1992. The winter quarter was for a <br />partial measurement of pH, temperature, <br />All parameters measured and reporte <br />expected range. <br />EC and depth to water only. <br />d on 3(22(93 were within <br />Ground water wells OW-31, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15 and loadout well LO- <br />1 were all sampled in 1992 according to Stipulation 3 requirements. <br />Ground water wells No.s OW-3L, 7, 12, 13 and 15 all remained dry <br />for the monitoring year. <br />OW-4L was replaced by OW-15 in March of 1992 per Minor Revision 10. <br />Comments• <br />Ground water well, OW-14 was not measured for the C03 anion, nor it <br />seems at any time since 1986, although this is required per <br />Stipulation No.3 as a parameter to be annually sampled. Previous <br />reports indicate that this parameter has never been calculated. <br />
