V ~. ~ . <br />May 24, 1993.. ~AY2B 1993 <br />;;~ M. ;~..~,: <br />«~~y <br />RE: Seneca II and Rereca II-:B Mines, iS93 Ri11 and Gully <br />Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Ms. Morrison: <br />Pursuant to Tab 13 of Seneca II Mine Permit C-80-005 and Tab 22 <br />of Seneca II-W Mine Permit C-82-057, Peabody is required to <br />submit a rill and gully monitoring report to the Division by <br />June 1 of each year. This years field survey has been delayed <br />by wet ground conditions from the winter snowpack and a "wetter <br />than normal" spring.
