In a letter dated 2/26/04, the CDMG requested that an analysis of the
predicted (from Tab 17 - PHC) vs. observed TDS values be included in
the 2003 AHR.
The predicted June-September average TDS value is 1787 mg/1. For 2003,
the observed value was 1110 mg/1.
