M-1982-036 <br />JUN 2 0 2003 <br />INTRODUCTION Oiuision ~f Minerals and Geology <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Seneca Coal Company's Seneca mining <br />operations for load construction and road maintenance. During this reporting period <br />(June 1, 2002 to June 1, 2003), approximately 29,843 cubic yards of gravel were <br />produced. With the approval of Technical Revision No. 02 to the permit in June 1998 by <br />the CDMG, the permitted acreage for this property increased from 36.3 to 96.5 acres. <br />1.
