We have not received a reply to our recent letter and follow-up request to
submit annual fees in the amount of $350.00 to keep the permit for
your mining operation current. Since you have not provided us :vith any
information that would change the oebt, the amount owed must be paid in
acccrdance with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title
34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended. 8y not answering our request, you will make it
necessary for us to refer the debt to the Staie of Colorado Attorney General
for collection action.
