A.~IATiOiJ L1!(r1=1~'!I <br />[.nln nor. p1 Ahfn_n n~~ru rn <br />I i___LS <br />As you requested, we inspected Excess Spoil Disposal Area I on April II, <br />1984, The purpose of our inspection was to look for evidence of slope instability <br />and to determine if the spoil had been placed in general conformance with the <br />design. <br />The top and outslopes of Spoil Disposal Area I were covered with snow at the <br />time of our inspection. There was no evidence of slope failure. No spoil had been <br />placed since our last inspection in January 1984, Mr. Ken Cochran told us That no <br />work had been accomplished on the spoil disposal area since our last inspection. <br />Based upon our inspections of Excess Spoil Disposal Area I, we believe that <br />this facility is being constructed in general conformance with the design.
