As you are aware, this mine has been under
"Notice of Temporary Cessation" since August 8, 1980. No new surface
disturbance has occurred since the annual report of 1980.
Surface disturbance remains the same as originally permitted and
as amended in 1979. However, two (2) of the vent hole areas permitted
have not been utilized (see enclosed map).
As all permitted acreage is utilized during operation, reclamation
of this property cannot begin until the mine is closed.
Drill site re-vegetation of the property continues to improve. No
further disturbance or reclamation is anticipated in the near future.
Routine surveillance and maintenance of the area is being carried out.
If you have any questions, please call our Nucla office.
Sincerely,
~ ~
W.
