2000 Annual Subsidence Report
BRL reported that no new or reactivated landslides were observed during the two required semi-
annual visual inspections of known landslides. BRL did note that subsidence cracks developed
on the drill road that leads to DH-13. The subsidence cracks that were accessible were repaired
and aze currently monitored. BRL also stated that the yeaz 2000 hydrology monitoring data did
not deviate from the baseline hydrologic data. BRL noted that spring 5-13 and pond P-2 were
within the azea of subsidence but, due to the history of dryness at these two locations, no
hydrologic effect due to subsidence was apparent. The Division agrees that there are no data that
would suggest that subsidence has affected the hydrologic regime.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
seph .Dinh
nvironmental Protection Specialist
cc: Jim Stover P.E.
