One new
surface crack was discovered running from east to west over the
northernmost end of Section No. 4 Right.
The cracks that were discovered and mapped during fall of 1993,
which occur over Section No. 3 Right, have "healed" considerably.
These were the cracks of most concern because they were on a
possible intercept course with the Huntington Ditch. I found no
evidence that these cracks had grown at all.
No cracks were found within 500 feet of the Huntington Ditch.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact Tom Bird at
(303) 385-4fi
Sincerely,
Tom Bird
National King Coal, Inc.
