Logan County, Operator, files this Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations at
the Fix Gravel Pit, M-83-191.
According to the revision of November 1988, an updated map is not included as:
1. No land has been affected in the previous year.
2. No land has been reclaimed in the previous year, as the Operator did not pursue
mining operations.
3. Plans are for the pit to be closing in 2001.
The$281.00 fee was included in a check for$2,374.00 written for(7)pits.
