The Division <br />MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p.m. on Auqust 13, 1993 <br />If the annual fees and reports due are not received by the Division by <br />August 13, 1993, a Notice of Violation, Civil Penalties equal to the amount of <br />the annual fee, and a Notice of Formal Public Hearing before the Mired Land <br />Reclamation Board for consideration of Permit Revocation and Reclamation Bond <br />Forfeiture will be issued for each account.
