This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary
Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The
Financial Warranty for this operation is $111,500.00, the permit-
ted area is 1,239.40 ac. and the pit is divided into 9 Reclama-
tion Phases.
Please refer to the annual report map attached for the
location of the areas discussed in this permit. We have chose to
use an excerpt from the Mining Plan Map showing just the dis-
turbed area. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual
Report requirements outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and
Regulations and the annual notice letter.
(1) Mining started this year on a 13.16 acres ± area on the
terrace deposit in Highlands lake area (orange). The main
haul road was constructed along the northern side of this
area to access County Road 25. The 15.00 acres Plant Site
was stripped (///) and construction began on the processing
plant. The topsoil and waste rock was stored south of the
excavated area (brown). The waste rock will be reprocessed
once the plant is complete. The topsoil will be saved and
used for reclamation.
(2) No reclamation was required this year.
(3) once we have a processing plant installed mining will begin.

(4) There are no reclamation activities that need analysis.
