Effective June 1, 2002, and as a reminder, persons submitting documents, including maps,
technical revisions, figures, reports, annual reports, exhibits, etc., aze requested to supply two
copies. One copy should be unbound. If you are submitting an application, a technical revision,
or an amendment, the original document which contains original signatures, should be unbound.
Your cooperation will help us process your documents more efficiently.
DMG's new records management project has eliminated the need to submit more than two
copies of applications, amendments, and other documents to the Minerals Program. Applicants
still must provide copies of applications to the appropriate county clerk and recorder in order
to meet the public notice requirements of the Act and Regulations.
If you aze submitting documents for a Board hearing, you must submit at least thirteen (13)
copies, (one of which is unbound) for the Boazd hearing at least ten (10) working days prior to
the Board hearing. (Please contact the Board's Assistant for Board meeting dates.) All copies
must be mailed or delivered to:
