M-99-083 ' <br />MLR Reclamation Specialist: <br />~c~n / ~ ~ ~ 9 /00 <br />The Operator (Cheyenne County) files this Notice of Intent To Continue sand and gravel <br />operations at the Rother Pit #1, M-99-083. <br />According to the revision of November 1988, and updated map is included as: <br />1) It shows land affected in 2000. Approximately 5,000 cubic yards were mined and <br />paid for. <br />2) It shows reclamation aeeas to date. <br />3) It shows anticipated mining activity in 2001. <br />4) Land has been reclaimed in the past year. (See map for approximate locations). <br />Overburden and topsoil will be spread over affected areas according to the Mining <br />Plan and Reclamation Plan. <br />5) Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis where there is a sufficient area affected <br />(usually 3-5 acres) and when economically feasible. <br />The $281.00 fee is enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richazd Snook <br />County Administrator <br />
