Also, one <br />(1) single copy was mailed directly from the consultant's office to your attention on <br />September 21, 2006 - - a total of three (3) copies of the report are being submitted for the <br />Division's review. Sampling and reporting was conducted by I.M.E. of Yampa, <br />Colorado, under the direction of Mr. Kent Crofts. The vegetation sampling was done <br />dwing the summer season of 2006 and the respective report was recently completed. The <br />sample and report procedure was for monitoring requirements for Year 10 of the ten yeaz <br />reclamation liability period preparatory to Phase III, Final Bond Release Request. <br />In the conclusion of their report, I.M.E. states that, "all of the 2006 revegetation <br />monitoring data as well as the 2005 data confirms that the appropriate Phase III Bond <br />Release criteria for all areas sampled have been satisfied". <br />If you have any questions or comments, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~ o <br />rge V.
