Cottony <br /> Acting Division Director <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date <br />of submittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is incompliance with this rule. The report was received in the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (Division) on January 10, 2003. It is a letter report, J. E. Stover & Associates, <br />January 8, 2003. The report is to be submittal by March 30th [Permit Application Package (PAP) <br />page 2-122]. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water <br />year; <br />The report states that there was no dischazge from the sediment pond. The report is submitted for a <br />calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 4-86). Copies of Colorado Discharge Monitoring <br />Reports (CDMR), submitted to the Division quarterly, aze included by reference. <br />Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(ii): Water quality data obtained from each monitoringsite during the water year; <br />and <br />The report states that there was no discharge from the sedimentation pond. The report is submitted <br />for the calendaz year in-lieu-of water yeaz (PAP page 2-122). <br />RWe 4.05.14(4)(c)(iii): If required by the Division, a written interpretation of the dada and <br />identiftcation of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation of the data. <br />The PAP (page 4-86) requires comments on the sediment pond discharges, water consumption, and <br />irrigation of the reclaimed site.
