Bromley Pit, MLR File 79-165 Fed Tax ID # 84-0517799 Anniversary Date: October 25, 2000 Please refer to the Annual Report Map for 1999 the locations of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 1.80 days this year. The Financial Warranty is $29 , 300, the permitted area is 14 .20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the entrance to the pit. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1 . 15 of tl,e Rules and Regula- tions, and in the annual notice letter. (1) Mining continued on the 1 . 44 ± parcel west of the railroad was partially mined this year (pink) . (2) We have been filling part of the pit with clean fill con- sisting of concrete, old asphalt and dirt (/////) . Reclama- tion has been successful and in July 1999 the revised the county use plan was approved . The trees planted along the east line have done very well. The topsoil stockpile has not been disturbed this year. (3) No additional lands will be disturbed after mining is com- plete. (4) We will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to date. We will revise the final reclamation plan and ask for release of the permit once mining ends, because the current land use designation changes the site plan from grass area to industrial uses. COPY
