Annual Fee Letter
Gentlemen:
In response to your 112 Annual Fee Letter, we are enclosing our check in
the amount of $350.00 and hereby submit the following information as
requested:
1. Approximately 10 acres were effected during 1988.
2. Grading and reclamation has not progressed any further as it is
necessary to remove balance of gravel on site before final
rehabilitation.
3. We estimate ten (10) additional acres will be effected during 1989.
We are in the process of developing our first recreational lake
facility. This lake must be at least .4 of a mile long and .2 of a mile
wide. A lake this size, of course, involves substantial amounts of
gravel removal and topsoil replacement. We have, therefore, been
working toward this end result; however, due to the magnitude of the
area involved, nothing has been totally reclaimed. We have placed soils
in strategic places to permit this reclamation; however, until all of
the materials are extracted, these stockpiles must remain in place. New
areas which are finished in grade will be revegetated. Since our report
of December B, 1987 we have made many strides toward finalizing our
over-all golf course and residential design criteria. The firms
