1. Approximately 1/4 acre in the south-central section
of the pit was affected last year.
2. The east wall has been reclaimed during the past
year. Approximately three to five acres.
3. The "east wall" area has been backfilled and sloped.
It is now ready for seeding.
4. No vegetation was planted during the past year.
5. No fertilizers or soil conditioners were used
during the past year.
6. Reclamation efforts to date have been successful.
7. The planned area to be mined next year is the
central section north of the 1986-1987 area. It
is approximately 1/2 acre.
