Item 9 of your report form
is "Acres of vegetation planted for all previously revegetated
areas." "NONE" was entered for this item. Item 9 would appear to
correspond to Rule 2.04.13(1)(f), which requires "Location, number
of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated
areas."
The intent of (f) is to maintain a cumulative record of all final
reclamation areas, with date of planting, for revegetation success
evaluation and bond release purposes. This information is
generally depicted on a reclamation map which is updated annually.
Item 9 of the report needs to be revised to include the information
on previously revegetated areas specified by 2.04.13(f). It is not
necessary to include information on temporary stabilization
plantings, but if such areas are included they should be clearly
denoted as such to distinguish them from final reclamation areas.
Please call me at (970) 242-5025 if you have any questions.
Sincerel ,
Dan T.
