McCrary
Texas Mining and Exploration Co.
1001 S. Highway 78-7
Wylie, Texas 75098
Re: Gloria Z Mine
File no. M-84-094
Dear Mr. McCrary:
~-.
N
On August 1, 19£5, our Division received your annual report for 1985 for
the above captioned operation. The receipt of this report brings up two
further issues. First, you must also sl:bmit an annual fee of $50.00. This
fee should be submitted at. your earliest to avoid possible enforcement
action for non-payment of the fee. Second, at such time as you feel the
reclamation of the disturbed area is complete (and you indeed do not wish
to continue mining), please send our Division an official request for
release of your reclamation responsibilities (and your warranties).
Such a request should be sent by certified mail.
Please be advised that, in order for our staff to recommend release of
the permit area to our Board, the reclamation must be totally complete
(i.e., the grading must be, complete and the revegetation, if any, must be
fully expressed, as per the permit conditions).
Thank yeu fcr your consideration in this matter. I will expect to receive
the annual fee payment of $50.00 in the near future.
Sincerely,
Mark S.
