Please accept my apology for having to submit the annual report information for Wese two
gravel pits to you by fax transmittal and at this late date. A chock in the amount of $969
to pay the combined annual fee will be sent you by US mail.
Coolwater Pit - I am still plaaniag to meet with the property owner and inspector for the
Division of Minerals and Geology in November to address what reclamation work still
remains to be accomplished, then will move forward with that work in 2006.
Grader Pit- I,a Plata County is still actively mining in the Phase I area. Approximately
30,000 tons of Class 6 ABC material was mined in 2005.
Our annual weed assessment and treatmerrt program remains in affect to control the spread
of noxious weeds.
