~ ~ III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
999
NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE
PIT NAME: Shipps
OPERATOR: Division of Highways - State of Colorado
SUBSTANCE MINED: Sand and Gravel
DATE: June 6, 1984
M.L.R. PERMIT NO.: 78-102
Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and
Section 3.4 of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board, we are submitting the following
information on our permitted area known as the Shipps Pit.
During the past year we have removed approximately 360 tons of
material from this area. We currently have stockpiles in the
permitted area.
We have done no major reclamation, only routine clean-up at
the completion of our operations.
At the present time we are not sure when the next operation
will commence. However, total time of operation in the affected
area will probably total less than 180 days.
~ ~y~l ~v
`~ ~,~
f%
