Annual Reclamation Report
A total of 300 cubic yards of 3" gravel was crushed and removed. Approximately 50 cubic yards
of pit run was removed fro the pit between October 2004 and October 2005. Less than 1/6`h of
an acre has been disturbed, no map enclosed.
The annual permit fee for 2004/2005 in the amount of $281.00, Check #21344 is enclosed.
