',~,' CORE LABORATORIES
V1leatern Atlas
International
.,-~ . esti, roam
Sample Delivery Group Narrative
Date: July 27, 1993
Customer: Battle Mountain Gold
Project: BMRI-San Luis
Core Laboratories Project Number: 931275
On July 2, 1993, Core Laboratories received 8 water samples for
metals and general inorganic analysis. The following information is
pertinent to the interpretation of this data package.
Please note that all samples were received on the expiration of the
EPA recommended holding time of 7 days for the analysis of sulfide,
total dissolved solids and total suspended solids. Every effort was
made to analyze the samples before holding time expired.
After a thorough review of the raw data for job 931275, it was
noticed that the WAD-CN result for samples 930626 BMG 06 and 930626
BMG 08 exceeded the T-CN result. The samples were reanalyzed for
WAD-CN and T-CN and reported under Core ID 931275 (9-10).
In an effort to more effectively perform reanalysis for T-CN and WAD-
CN within the EPA recommended holding of 14 days, quality control for
reanalysis will consist of a laboratory control sample ahd
calibration verification.
~ Patrick J.
