(BMRI) - San Luis
DMG Permit No. M-88-112 ~ i
Bi-Weekly Water Sampling ~
Dear Mr. Oehler:
Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories
for the bi-weekly water samples collected on Tuna 26, 1q9~
as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross-
reference table between sample identification numbers and
sample locations is attached. As specified in TF.-006,
calculated free and wad cyanide values for the prr_cess point
samples are enclosed.
No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-006,
were noted for any of the samples collected. ';'ells ;;-9,
M-12, and M-13 were sampled. Samples were collected mt
surface water station RS-5. Four process points ~~7ere
sampled; the pre-detox sample could not be collected due to
maintenance activities. Wells M-2, M-6, M-7, and P7-8 and
the three lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dry.
Phe initial analysis by Core Labs of the cyanide samples for
the lower pond and post detox showed CN-wad values greater
than CN-total values. The samples were re-analyzed. Both
reports are attached. All cyanide values were below our
permit limits.
Sincerely,
i-kN~~ ~ca--lam
Alana L.
