It was mailed to-the-currentpernuttee contact, Michael Moore-of B-Mining,
PO Box 326, Nucla, Colorado 81424 last year and copied to myself and Suzi
Ericksen. The letter indicated that the existing bond is sufficent($I2,000). While
this is more rightly LAST year's news, I include it now for the record.
--See enclosed map showing existing.per ined area.
--No disturbances to the surrounding land or the mine itself are anticipated in the
coming year.
--Regular maintenance of reads, equipment-apron, portals, and stormwater ponds
will be conducted by myself over the course of the coming year.
The Mine-is-part of a property awned by the Collins-Living-Trust. Lam-a ca trustee
of the Trust along with my two sisters,Jean Collins Norris (Chatham,
Massachusetts)and Lois Morehead(ChicorCalifomia)_My motherr athryn,O.
Collins, now living in Arizona in a Assisted Living facility, is the sole owner. The
curreatpeanittee for the-mine-(Michael Moore ofNucla Colorado}hasnetackyely
removed material in the past year. However, there are on-going discussions in the
fanulyand-with the permittee-thatmay-lead-"bid to-reopen the mine-iti the
future. This is hard to predict and is dependent on many factors, most notably the
high,costof hard-rock miningand_the.demandfoclimestone in the marketplace.
espectfully submitted,
Dan-Eellns
EnC - Map_of property; nni,zl Fee andBepo Req„Pct Enr;and Cherk
