You must pay them each <br />year until I'eclamaticn responsibility release is granted. The fee is for LAST <br />YEARS mining and reclamation season, and MUST be paid even if the mine was in an <br />• inactive state. It is due and payable ON OR BEFORE the permit anniversary date <br />shown below. <br />If you have requested reclamation release from the Division but your permit is not <br />terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual fee MUST be paid.
