That section of the law requires that: <br />"Except as provided in Section 34-32-103(6)(a)(II), the Operator <br />shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a <br />Notice of Intent to Continue *!ining Operations. The Notice of <br />Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or <br />statement that shall indicate; (a) the land affected during <br />previous year; (b) the land [o be affected during the coming <br />year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based on our records, the anniversary date of your operation is <br />November S, 1979 and we have not received 79-80, 80-81 <br />annual fees, which are due, totalling $ 100.00 <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as <br />soon as possible, o[herevise we will expect to receive the annual fees as <br />required by the statute within the next thirty (30) da;~s. Please include <br />(if you have not) the required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining <br />Operations to bring the Division up to date as to the progress of mining <br />and reclamation on the site.
