Dept. of Natural Resouree~ <br />Section 34-32-1I0(4) of the Co_'orado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />. the Operator .shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a .Notice of Intent to Continue ^fining Operations. ^he Clotice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 580.00 and a mao or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the 'and affected daring Pre vioas year; <br />(b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding uear." <br />Based upor. our records, the anniversary date of your operation is June 29 <br />and annual fees for the near(s) 1982 totalling S SO.OG <br />are due cr. that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this or_`ice as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date.
