Cox
Project Manager
We received the above referenced letter on August 9, 2005 and noted the inspection finding regarding the
toilet and sink connection issue for the office located within the project site maintenance shop. As indicated in
• my telephone conversation with you on August 9 (via voice mail), it was our intention to resolve the problem
ii mediately by re-hooking up the toilet and sink plumbing as soon as possible to the on-site septic system.
Per my instructions to our Pitch Project Site Coordinator, Vem Kelso, this was attended to immediately and
involved backhoe excavation of an on-grade trench from the back of the shop to the septic tank. PVC pipe
plumbing was laid on•grade in the trench, bedded, re-connected to the septic tank system and the Vench
fefitled. Attached are three photos showing the in-progress work that was completed in re-connecting the septic
system line to the office toilet and sink facilities.
appreciate your pointing out this problem with the plumbing and trust that we have resolved the issue. Should
ou have any further questions, or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me in our
IraMs office, or via cell phone at (505) 400-2794.
ncere~ry/ yours, /'
OM69TAKE MININD COMPANY
an D.
