M77-301 Roberts Quarry Technical revision to change mining sequence approved for
this year. We did extensive extraction and additional
acreage was affected this year. Based on the new mapping
the areas of pre-74 and post-74 affected lands have been
changed from that previously reported. See map and
report. This site has several pre-74 affected areas.
M77-302 Owl Canyon Quarry Technical revision to clarify permit mining and reclamation
approved for this year. Continued extraction (in previously
affected and new areas) and reclamation. During the year
we worked with the Division on bonding and modifications
to reclamation plan, and to accurately identify the affected
areas. New mapping caused us to revise affected areas as
shown in the report and map: we had been reporting much
more area affected than has actually been affected. New
areas were affected by extraction this year. Trails A, B, C
and the road have been removed from this report and are
now being reported as part of Rex Quart', as per
conversations with the Division and the clarified mining
plan:
