Debris, organic matter coal, etc., present in fill None visible.
2. General gradation and characteristics of material Reclamation
side of pit has been regraded. Hiohwall (west side) was regraded complete for now. East
in August and September
1995 and looks good. Two areas on highwall side will require some maintenance repairs.
Some topsoil was replaced at the very northern end of the fill area in 1995.
3. Presence of water, surface and ground None visible.

9. Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material gradation
and characteristic, compaction, presence of water N/A
5. General material movement None observed.
6. Proximity and treatment of seep points Spoil spring 1000 ft down
a rate of approximately 25-35 gom (visual estimate). aradient was flowing at
7.
